Willows sway
Long and lingering
Leaving me
To contemplate
their touch
Tickling breath
Of a new wind
Under an
Unbridled moon
Where fate
Can fly free
Unheard sighs
Silhouettes of
Mosaic light
Fractured but whole
Yearning
Free
But not
Knowing what
To wish for
Prairie skies
Lay open,
Lay waiting
Along with
Pearls of
Dogwood blossoms
Easy and careless
Widening silence
That seems
To be kept at bay
A dream
Emerging
